Self-drilling screws for fixing steel sheets to concrete or wooden substrate
Materials:
- Screws are made of low carbon steel surface-hardened and coated with a PREMIUM type coating of 540 hours resistance in salt spray test
- Washer is made of aluminum with vulcanized EPDM layer
- Screw heads and washers may be coated with lacquer coating
Installation:
- Before installation in concrete perform an initial hole in diameter 5 mm
- Anchoring depth in concrete 30 or 40 mm
- Anchoring depth in wood 40 mm
- Maximum drilling capacity in steel up to 2×1,00 mm
- For installation, use cappers with a maximum speed of 2200 rpm with regulated torque
- Screws for corrosivity class C3

- h min – when fixing steel sheets is the minimum thickness of the steel sheet that can be fixed
- h max – when fixing steel sheets is the maximum thickness of the fixed elements. Is the sum of: the thickness of the steel sheet and the thickness of components located between the substrate and steel sheet or the thickness of the air gap. Embedment depth in concrete or wood was already counted. Depending on chosen embedment depth in concrete (due to required load capacity that was adopted for the calculation) values of h max are different
